Zur Verwaltung von Kundenanfragen, Angebotsprozessen sowie Vertrags- und Auftragsdaten nutzen wir die ERP-Plattform Odoo.

Dabei werden insbesondere folgende personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet:

- Kontakt- und Kommunikationsdaten

- Anfragedaten

- Vertrags- und Auftragsdaten, sofern es zu einem Vertragsschluss kommt

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt ausschließlich zur strukturierten Bearbeitung von Anfragen, zur Angebotserstellung, zur Vertragsabwicklung sowie zur internen Verwaltung.

Odoo wird im Rahmen einer Auftragsverarbeitung gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO eingesetzt.
Es werden geeignete technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen zum Schutz der personenbezogenen Daten getroffen.

Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragsanbahnung und Vertragserfüllung) sowie Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einer effizienten Geschäftsorganisation).

6. Weitergabe von Daten an lokale Surfshops (nur nach vorheriger Freigabe)

Sofern es zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage sinnvoll ist, kann Ihnen angeboten werden, Ihre Anfrage an einen lokalen Surfshop weiterzuleiten.

Eine Weitergabe Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten an einen lokalen Surfshop erfolgt ausschließlich nach Ihrer vorherigen ausdrücklichen Zustimmung, beispielsweise durch eine entsprechende Auswahl im Kontaktformular oder durch Ihre ausdrückliche Zustimmung per E-Mail.

Ohne Ihre Einwilligung findet keine Weitergabe statt.

Im Falle einer Freigabe werden ausschließlich die für den jeweiligen Zweck erforderlichen Daten übermittelt.

7. Vertragsschluss per E-Mail und Weitergabe an Versanddienstleister

Kommt es im Anschluss an eine Anfrage zu einem Vertragsschluss per E-Mail, verarbeiten wir die hierfür erforderlichen personenbezogenen Daten, insbesondere:

- Name

- Rechnungs- und Lieferadresse

- Kontaktdaten

- Bestell- und Vertragsdaten

Sofern dies zur Erfüllung des Vertrages erforderlich ist, werden diese Daten an Versand- und Logistikdienstleister weitergegeben.

Die Weitergabe beschränkt sich auf die Daten, die zur Durchführung des Versands zwingend erforderlich sind.

Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung).

8. Speicherdauer

Personenbezogene Daten werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie dies für die Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage, die Vertragsanbahnung oder Vertragserfüllung, die Nutzung des ERP-Systems oder zur Erfüllung gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten erforderlich ist.

Anfragen ohne Vertragsabschluss werden nach Wegfall des Zwecks gelöscht.

We use the ERP platform Odoo to manage customer inquiries, quotation processes, and contract and order data.
